FEES — CAPILANO YOUTH RUGBY 2010/2011 RUGBY SEASON |
ALL PLAYERS IN MINI/YOUTH RUGBY THROUGH U16s MUST REGISTER BEFORE PLAYING.
Registration is good until August 2011.

New registrants should fill out the required information, sign and bring along to registration with two duly completed cheques made payable to “Capilano Mini Rugby” - Forms will be available on the day, however this will save you a lot of time.

$50 cheque post-dated 1st April 2011 which will be returned to you un-cashed after 1st April 2011 if your family has completed a minimum of 5 logged volunteer hours in the period 12th September 2010 to 1st April 2011. Note: per family requirement not per player. |
While the club strives to keep fees as low as possible, especially for younger members, there are several factors outside our control that unavoidably lead to fee increases from time to time. These include the West Vancouver Municipality user fee levied on all field users, and the insurance and membership dues we pay for each player to Rugby Canada, and to the BC Rugby Union. In addition our fees include a per player amount we pay to the senior club for use of the facilities and maintenance of fields and club facilities. Our fees income does not cover the cost of running our program and we are reliant upon our fundraising efforts to offset the deficit.
Fees paid to enrol in the Capilano Youth Rugby program are eligible for the government's 'Children's Fitness Tax Credit' (a valid tax receipt is required which the Club will issue at the end of December 2010 - any individuals withdrawing & receiving a refund will not be issued a tax receipt).
