FEES — CAPILANO Mini/YOUTH RUGBY 2012/2013 SEASON |
ALL PLAYERS IN MINI/YOUTH RUGBY THROUGH U17s MUST REGISTER BEFORE PLAYING. Registration is good until August 2013.
Please visit the On-Line Registration page and follow the links to register Kindergarten through U17 players. Registration on players older players is teh responsibility of teh Senior Club.
All registrants should fill out the required information on-line, download the forms listed below and bring them along to first practice. All forms are available at the end of the on-line process or can be downloaded here.
1. 2012/2013 Season On-Line Registration Receipt.
2. Age Grade players only — BCRU requires you provide a copy of picture ID (School Card / Passport, etc.) to be kept by the club in the “team book” along with their registration form.

Kindergarten through Grade 6:
$125 per player (inc. $25.85 Rugby Canada, $38.00 BCRU & $61.15 Club Dues).

U13 (Grade 7 – born 2000):
$200 per player (inc. $85.55 Rugby Canada, $44.00 BCRU & $70.45 Club Dues).

U14 (Grade 8 – born 1999):
$200 per player (inc. $85.55 Rugby Canada, $44.00 BCRU & $70.45 Club Dues).

$50 cheque post-dated 1st April 2013 which will be returned to you un-cashed after 1st April 2013 if your family has completed a minimum of 5 logged volunteer hours in the period 16th September 2012 to 1st April 2013. Note: per family requirement not per player. |

$50 book of B.C.R.U. lottery tickets. Each FAMILY must take at least 1 book of lottery tickets. The lottery tickets may be sold to recover the $50.00 – prizes to be drawn November/December 2012. |

$2 charge is levied for credit card processing by the on-line service provider. |
While the club strives to keep fees as low as possible, especially for younger members, there are several factors outside our control that unavoidably lead to fee increases from time to time. These include the insurance and membership dues we pay for each player to Rugby Canada, and to the BC Rugby Union. In addition our fees include a per player amount we pay to the senior club for use of the facilities and maintenance of fields and club facilities. Our fees income does not cover the cost of running our program and we are reliant upon our fundraising efforts to offset the deficit.
Fees paid to enrol in the Capilano Youth Rugby program are eligible for the government's 'Children's Fitness Tax Credit'. (The on-line registration receipt is the required document for this tax credit.)
Other Information:
Required attire — We sell kit as well as individual items. Recommended minimums; jersey, Shorts, mouthguard and cleats.
We ask that at least one parent be present at all games/practices in the event of illness/injury, child requiring assistance, and general monitoring.

Return and Refund Policy:
Refund requests are assessed on a case by case basis and require approval of the Capilano Mini/Yorth Rugby Program Committee before being issued. |
