Become a capilano Youth Rugby Sponsor Capilano Youth Rugby is the largest and most successful youth Rugby program in North America and currently has over 320 registered playing members, making a club youth rugby community of nearly 1000 North Shore based members including parents. We run teams in every age grade from Kindergarten to U19 and were the founders of full season, full age range mini-rugby in Canada and North America in 1997. Our club’s programs have been used extensively as a model of best practice by clubs across North America and form the basis for the BCRU Mini and Age Grade Rugby Manual. We are a non profit society run by volunteers. We are self funding and all funds generated are used entirely for the promotion and delivery of youth rugby programs on the North Shore. Many Capilano players have advanced from our programs to play for BC U14, U16 and U18 Men’s and U17 and U19 Women’s teams, and for Canada U17 and U20 Men, and U19 and U23 Women as well as for Senior National teams at 15s and 7 a-sides. We send weekly information mailings to each of our 320 registered members and their parents, and our website records an average of over 11,000 hits a month. We run a number of events throughout the season in addition to our weekly practices and games – Jamborees (non-competitive tournaments with teams from other clubs – we have between 600-1000 mini-rugby players at these events), Xmas parties, Year End Awards Banquet, and Gala Day – a “Big Bash” at the Club that starts with a Jamboree for kids and parents and that runs into the evening with live bands, bar and food as well as other social events. Our packages aim to create maximum media exposure and public coverage to our sponsors. They are flexible and can be tailor made to suit your individual needs. |

Ball Sponsorship
Terms and Conditions Sponsors need to be supportive of Capilano Youth Rugby and its mission. Capilano Youth Rugby retains the right to reject any sponsor that it deems inappropriate or cancel any sponsorship at any time for any reason. Application for sponsorship can only be made by completion of the official application form which can be obtained from sponsorship@caprugby.com or downloaded from the Capilano Youth Rugby web-page. After written acceptance by Capilano Youth Rugby, the sponsor must provide the full payment of sponsorship funds, logo image (in the format required by Capilano Youth Rugby) and other details required (such as correct use of the sponsor's name, trademarks etc) to Capilano Youth Rugby within 30 days of receipt of acceptance. There will not be any refunds once the monies have been received. The term of the sponsorship shall be for 12 calendar months. Sponsorship pledges cannot be processed without payment. Where applicable, Tax Receipts will be issued in respect of sponsorship monies received. Sponsors may not sublet, assign or apportion any part of the item(s) sponsored, nor represent, advertise or distribute literature or materials for the products or services of any other companies or bodies. |
