HandsOnRugby Camp at Capilano RFC July 4th and 5th 2013 for players aged 8 years & up Run by Harry Jones, a past U20 National Captain and current National 7's and Fifteens player. The aim in offering this camp is to teach our young rugby players the team camaraderie and fair play combined with a strong set of core skills that are vital to the development of our rugby youth. This rugby camp is run by experienced National Level players who will provide a high level of one on one coaching throughout the camp. The fundamentals of rugby will be taught through skill sets and gamesmanship. Learning the basics is the key to success, and with a number of National Level rugby players at the camp it offers a personalized approach that keys in on technique and form. National Team rugby kit and a National Team Jersey will be raffled to conclude the camp! This is a great opportunity to get high level coaching on a personal basis, so if you are interested in attending or in your kid(s) attending this camp please call or email Harry Jones. Capilano RFC recycling program Capilano RFC has an ongoing recycling program. The refund we get helps with the club's everyday expenses i.e. field lining paint (aprox. $1000), washroom necessities (aprox $1000), to name just a couple. So save yourself the trouble of going to the recycling depot, leave your empties by the underneath door to the stands, NO NEED TO SORT THEM. Thanks in advance, Happy New Year.
