ALL PLAYERS IN MINI /YOUTH RUGBY THROUGH U19s MUST REGISTER BEFORE PLAYING.
Registration is good until August 2011.

Method of payment: Cheque (preferred) or Cash. We are unable to accept Credit Cards at this time.
New registrants should fill out the required information, SIGN and bring along to registration with two duly completed cheques made payable to “Capilano Mini Rugby” - Forms will be available on the day, however this will save you a lot of time.

Applicable fees for Age as noted on the Capilano Youth Rugby 2010/2011 Club Registration Form and in the FEES section of this web site.

$50 cheque post-dated 1st April 2011 which will be returned to you un-cashed after 1st April 2011 if your family has completed a minimum of 5 logged volunteer hours in the period 12th September 2010 to 1st April 2011. Note: per family requirement not per player.

$50 book of B.C.R.U. lottery tickets. Each FAMILY must take at least 1 book of lottery tickets. The lottery tickets may be sold to recover the $50.00 – prizes to be drawn November/December 2010. |
MINI RUGBY
Practices for all players in Preschool, Kindergarten, and Grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are on Sunday mornings at 10 a.m. First practice for all groups is on Sunday 19th September 2010 at 10 a.m.
There will be regular Jamborees on Sunday mornings for all these age groups throughout the season - Please watch the 'Calendar/ Dates' section of the web page for upcoming schedules.
NEW PLAYERS WELCOME
Please note that per BC Rugby regulations, all players MUST wear mouthguards at all times during practices and games. Mouthguards and uniforms will be on sale at the club on registration day.
AGE GRADE RUGBY
U13 Co-ed (Birth Year 1998- Grade 7), U14 Co-ed (Birth Year 1997 – Grade 8)
The new 2010/11 season starts for all players in the above Age Grades on Sunday 19th September 2010 at 10.00 a.m. There will be regular Jamborees on Sunday mornings for all these age groups through the first half of the season (September to December 2010) and leagues in the second half of the season (January to April 2011) - Please watch the 'Calendar/ Dates' section of the web page for upcoming schedules.
NEW PLAYERS WELCOME
Practices and Jamborees will run Sunday mornings at 10.00 a.m. through the first half of the season (September to December 2010) and practices for both groups on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. and league games on Sundays at 10 a.m. for U13s and 11.15 a.m. for U14s in the second half of the season (January to April 2011).

U15 Boys (Birth Year 1996 – Grade 9), U16 Boys (Birth Year 1995 – Grade 10), U17 Boys (Birth Year 1994 – Grade 11)
The new 2010/11 season starts for all players in the above Age Grades with practice on Wednesday 8th September 2010 at 6 p.m. – make sure you register before you practice (at the club from 5 p.m.). Watch the 'Calendar/ Dates' section of the web page for upcoming League schedules.
NEW PLAYERS WELCOME
Practices will run Wednesday evenings at 6 p.m. starting Wednesday, 8th September 2010. Leagues start TBD. Games will be on Sundays at 11.15 a.m. and 12.30 p.m.
Please note that per BC Rugby regulations, all players MUST wear mouthguards at all times during practices and games. Mouthguards and uniforms will be on sale at the club on Mini/Youth Rugby registration day, Sunday 12th September.
U19 Men (Birth Year 1992 & 1993)
Registration: Register with team manager at first practice.
First Practice: Tuesday 7th September 2010 at 6:00 p.m. – thereafter practices Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 p.m.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PARENTS
Capilano Youth Rugby has grown into the biggest and best youth Rugby program in North America. The club is entirely self funded and run by volunteer parents and coaches. Without volunteers we cannot operate our programs.
A number of our key volunteer board members’ children are now grown up and no longer in the program and we need to replace their parents’ roles urgently prior to the start of the new season: if you are interested in learning more about any of these important and enjoyable positions, please contact Paul by e-mail.
It is a condition of player participation that each family participates in fund raising initiatives, and that parents volunteer to assist run the programs. A sign up sheet selecting volunteer options must be completed by the parents of each player on registration day.
Please note that on registration day we will be collecting a $50 cheque post-dated 1st April 2011 from each family participating in our programs, which will be returned to you un-cashed after 1st April 2011 if your family has completed a minimum of 5 logged volunteer hours in the period 12th September 2010 to 1st April 2011. Note: This is a per family requirement NOT per player.
ANY PARENTS OR PLAYERS WHO CAN HELP OUT ON MIN/YOUTH RUGBY REGISTRATION DAY (Sunday 12th September 2010) WILL BE VERY WELCOME AND CAN LOG THE TIME AGAINST THEIR VOLUNTEER HOURS - THE MORE HELP WE HAVE, THE FASTER AND EASIER THE REGISTRATION PROCESS WILL BE FOR EVERYONE: PLEASE E-MAIL IF YOU CAN HELP.
